Callaway Supersoft is outstanding and delivers on all fronts.
The lowest compression ball from Callaway knocks it out of the park! Literally. The Callaway Supersoft is one of the best balls on the market from beginner to advanced.

I heard great things about the Callaway Supersoft but just figured it was just the usual pro shop jibber jabber trying to hype up a product. I put a sleeve in the bag and decided to give it a shot. It seems that Callaway is trying to promote it as a distance ball, and based on the extremely low compression of 38 it makes sense. The ball will go miles for a lower swing speed golfer so they definitely delivered on that promise. Even for myself, who has a swing speed of around 108mph the balls flew a long way. Comparable to a ProV1 or B330.
What was shocking to me was how soft it felt and how much spin and control I could get out of it. For a 2 piece, low end ball it really performs on a high level. The low compression and low drag Hex Aerodynamics really seem to give the ball some great carry and length. It seems like the ball compresses so well the grooves on the club dig into that Tri-onomer cover and spin the hell out of it. I was able to consistently put check on balls from 170 and in.
Whatever your skill level is I would recommend grabbing a sleeve, if not a box of these and taking them out for a spin on the course. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed and might even shave some strokes off your game and keep a bit more cash in your wallet. Thank me later!
